Think Greek Food Truck was established in 2014.  We proudly hold the title as the ONLY Greek Food Truck based on the Treasure Coast.  We quickly became a staple in all food truck events, traveling near and far bringing our family's culture to the masses. 

 

    We are honored and excited to announce that we now have a permanent location in our Home Town of Port St. Lucie.

 

    THINK GREEK is owned and operated by first generation Greek Americans.  Growing up with Greek traditions, and having lived in Greece for a number of years, the flavors of authentic Greek cuisine have been instilled upon us.  Growing up in and around the food industry, we understand the necessity of bringing you the most genuine quality of food possible.  

 

    We are NOT your typical Greek Restaurant!  Since we are Greek American we are able to put an American twist on some of our menu items... Offering options that are NOT available anywhere else!

 

    Moving to a permanent location we are able to expand our menu items and share more of our delicious recipes with you!  All items are fresh and made to order.
