Think Greek® Food Truck was established in 2014 and swiftly became a prominent presence at food truck events, traveling extensively to share our family's culture with a wide audience. 

 

 In 2018, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location in Port St. Lucie, where the Think Greek® brand truly flourished. This venue allowed us to showcase our authentic generational recipes alongside our innovative Greek Fusion menu. 

 

 Our Greek Fusion menu has distinctly set us apart from the competition, as we aimed to highlight the flavors of our upbringing while reinventing familiar dishes for a contemporary audience.  

 

During our tenure in Port St. Lucie, we proudly earned the title of Best Bite on the Beach at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival—not just once, but twice! We navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, garnered acclaim from esteemed publications, and received accolades from our wonderful community. The pinnacle of our success was being crowned "Best Bite in Town" on Guy Fieri's Food Network show "Best Bite In Town". 

 

 For six remarkable years, we have been making waves in Port St. Lucie, and we are now excited to expand our reach to Martin County with the opening of our second brick-and-mortar location in the beautiful city of Stuart.
